Inka's World Canada happily offers hand made products to our customers.
If you are not completely satisfy with our products, we can just offer an exchange of a similar item or other product with the same amount of money you acquired
Returns are not available due to the peculiarity and uniqueness of the hand-made products.
Exchange will be accepted within 15 days of your purchase with the exception of sale items. In order to exchange, all tags must be intact, must be in original packaging, and the clothing/items must be unworn.
